I spent the last 10 years in advertising, most recently as Director of Strategy at Firstborn in New York City, where I helped build and lead the strategy team. I've partnered with clients such as L'Oreal, HBO, S&P Global, Vonage, Coca-Cola and Bacardi. You can find me on Forbes' "30 Under 30" list in Marketing & Advertising, and among She Runs Its' GenNext Award honorees—women ages 25-35 who're already making their mark on the industry.

But I remember what it was like at the beginning. To want to work in advertising, but having little to no idea of what that really meant after I graduated—and the stress and anxiety that resulted.

I started We Are Next to help students and new grads make their way into the industry with more confidence. It's built on a dedication to mentorship accessible to everyone, and finding joy in passing the baton.
