“A lot of people leave to get a different role, and start a different part of their career, and they didn’t ask, could I make this switch? Do you think it would be realistic? You have to have that dialogue.”
“They should not be afraid to call bullshit on stuff. I think we get too close to it as an agency and we created this thing, and of course we think it’s amazing. And if the client bought off on it, then surely they think it’s amazing. But at some point, someone’s gotta take a step back and say, ‘Is this right? Does this make sense?’”
“Know what you know and know what you don’t know, and just be honest about it. Don’t act like you know it all, and if you don’t know something, don’t be afraid of saying, ‘I don’t know, but I’m going to find out.’’’
